Installation
Every installation starts with a proper design. That design is put on paper in the form of construction drawings so that our installers have the necessary documentation to provide our customers with the best possible installation. You wouldn't build a home without a blueprint nor should our services be attempted without a blueprint. All of our installers are fully insured and upon request we will provide you with certificates of insurance. We are fully trained by the manufacturer of the products that we install. All of our installers are members of CEDIA and other trade associations that benefit our customers. Our staff is equipped with over $10,000.00 worth of installation tools and test equipment to ensure our customers the best possible installation. Our warehouse inventory exceeds $40,000.00 at any given time to ensure timely installations.
Design
Our designers are trained to sit down with the customer to review their needs and system applications to tailor the best possible solution within the customer's budget. We have two full time designers that work closely with our sales people to provide our customers the best value for their investment. Our designer's are constantly being educated on the latest state of the art technology.
Service & Repair
The customers satisfaction is our mission statement. We service what we sell! If we can't repair the product in the field, we provide the customer in most cases a replacement, while the product is being repaired. All of our products carry the full manufacturer's warranty and in some cases that warranty is as much as 7 years. Our service hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Emergency and after hours service is available.
